INGREDIENTS
° 4 eggs
° 4 tbsp sugar
° 225 g melted butter
° 2 tbsp potato starch
° 4 dl sparkling water
° 4 dl milk
° 380 g self-rising flour
° 1 sachet of bolero 9 g (your choice)
WORKING METHOD
Beat the eggs with the sugar
Mix in the remaining ingredients
Bake this mixture in a waffle iron
Topping
° 7.5 dl Cream ° 250 g Mascarpone ° 1 bag of bolero 9g
Mix all the ingredients to a thick cream
Decorate the waffles with the topping and with fresh fruit
