INGREDIENTS
° 1.5 liters of water
° 1 kilo of tangerines (peeled) in pieces (or other fruit or berries)
° Zest of 2 tangerines
° 1 packet of jelly sugar
° 1 sachet of Bolero red orange 9g
METHOD
Bring the water and fruit to a boil
Blend until smooth
Let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes
Add the sachet of Bolero and the jelly sugar
Simmer for 2 minutes
