INGREDIENTS
° 1 liter of milk
° 250g powdered sugar
° 300g soft butter
° 2 packs of fresh yeast
° 2 teaspoons cardamon
° 1 sachet bolero cinnamon 9g
° 3 eggs
° 2.1kg flour
WORKING METHOD
° Heat the milk to 37°.
Dissolve the yeast in it
° Add the powdered sugar, the spices and the bolero
Then the eggs, butter and flour
Mix the dough for 10 minutes
Roll the dough into balls
(24 pieces)
° Let rest for 1 hour
Heat the oven to 200 °
° Bake for 20 minutes
