INGREDIENTS
° 6 eggs
° 2 dl sugar
° 4 dl flour
° 16 g baking powder
° 1 sachet of bolero 9g
WORKING METHOD
° Mix the eggs with the sugar (10 minutes)
° Gently add the sifted flour, baking powder and bolero
° Put the dough in a greased 26cm baking tin
and bake in a preheated oven of 150 degrees
° Bake for 1 hour
° Let cool
° Cut the cake horizontally into 3 pieces
FILLING AND DECORATION
° 10 dl cream
° 250 g mascarpone
° 1 sachet of bolero 9g
° Mix everything together in a mixing bowl to a thick cream
° Put some of the cream between the 2 halves of the cake
and the rest on top
° Decorate with fresh fruit
